Overview :

Gaspaz Capsule is a prescription medicine. It is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux) and peptic ulcer disease. It relieves heartburn, stomach pain or irritation, and indigestion. It promotes the movement of food in the stomach to prevent nausea or vomiting.

Gaspaz Capsule is a combination of two medicines. It is to be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. In case you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.

Uses :

  • Nausea Or Vomiting

    Gaspaz 10 Mg/10 Mg Capsule is used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting which may be caused due to chemotherapy or digestive system disorder.
  • Gastric Motility Disorders

    Gaspaz 10 Mg/10 Mg Capsule is also used in the treatment of gastric motility disorders which may include delayed or hastened emptying of stomach.

Contraindication :

  • Allergy

    Gaspaz 10 Mg/10 Mg Capsule is not recommended for use in people having a known history of allergy to it.
  • Tumor Of Pituitary Gland

    Gaspaz 10 Mg/10 Mg Capsule is not recommended for use in people having tumor of the pituitary gland.
  • Heart Diseases

    Gaspaz 10 Mg/10 Mg Capsule is not recommended for use in people having an active heart disease like Congestive Heart Failure.

Side Effects :

  • Swelling Of Face, Lips, Eyelids, Tongue, Hands And Feet

  • Difficulty In Breathing

  • Skin Rash

  • Convulsions

  • Heart Rhythm Disorders

  • Disrupted Menstrual Cycle

  • Breast Pain

  • Dry Mouth

  • Loss Of Libido

  • Breast Like Growth In Men

Dosage :

  • Are there any missed dose instructions?

    Skip the missed dose and resume with the next scheduled dose at the right time. The dose should not get doubled in an attempt to make up for the missed dose.
  • Are there any overdose instructions?

    Contact your doctor if an overdose is suspected. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, agitation, and convulsions and may be more prevalent in infants and children. Immediate medical attention including gastric lavage may be required in severe cases.
